Ugandans arriving in DRCongo, Gabon, Cameroon and CAR are encouraged to register with the Embassy by filling the attached form 

and forwarding the same with the required attachments to kinshasa@mofa.go.ug or ugambassade@yahoo.com. 

The duly filled forms can also be delivered physically at the Chancery located at 24, Likasi I Avenue, Gombe-Royal,  Kinshasa.
